Challenge
Lisa’s 1973 is a food company that makes extremely delicious, real, pure organic food products. The challenge was to gain clarity around their mission and vision and to create a unique position in a category that is exploding.
Solution
During our workshop with Lisa’s we talked about their goals and the many ways in which they want to change the health of the world (yes, they’re ready!). However, our motto is “slow down in order to speed up” and so we narrowed the focus down to how we can best position their salad dressing products for success so that over the long term they can expand into other product categories and help even more people.
We created a powerful vision and mission statement as well as a new tagline. We also provided advice and guidance as to potential changes to the brand color palette, visual assets and product packaging.
Results
Lisa’s has a newfound clarity around the best direction for marketing their salad dressing products. In her words: “I wanted to express my gratitude to you for capturing the essence of Lisa’s 1973 in such a beautiful and enlightening way. The process pushed the limits of what I thought possible and brought it to new and differentiating heights.”
